Perched upon 73 acres of rolling hills and lush meadows, with industrial structures soaring skyward on the majestic Hudson River, Hutton Brickyards enters a new chapter in 2021-reborn as a rambling, imaginative new hotel, spa, restaurant and events retreat. The hotel features 31 guest cabins and suites, thoughtfully designed to optimize privacy and water views. Guests will enjoy a strong connection to nature while luxuriating in many considered touchpoints of an urban boutique hotel. Perched on an expanse of uninterrupted waterfront, Hutton Brickyards features panoramic views of the Hudson River. From this vantage point, guests see nearby beach access points for recreation and enjoy sightlines to a former Astor estate. In view of the Rhinecliff Amtrak station, Hutton makes an easy trip for New Yorkers seeking a respite from the city. Policy Information:• A maximum of two persons is allowed per room, excluding Queen cabins with a convertible sofa where an additional child can be accommodated for an additional $50 per night plus applicable taxes. A maximum of four persons is allowed in The Cottage.• All payments are due in USD Funds only.• We do not accept personal checks.• Room rates do not include applicable state and local taxes.• Rates are subject to change without notice.• Minimum stay restrictions may apply. On arrival you will be asked to provide government issued identification and your valid credit card for payment including all miscellaneous and incidental charges. Reservations without a valid payment method will be subject to cancellation.Check In: Check in is available as soon as your room is ready. Please notify us of your expected arrival time in advance and we will make every effort to have your room available for you upon arrival. Check Out: Check out time for guests and vehicles is 11:00 EST. Valet parking is available for a nominal nightly fee. Hutton Brickyards assumes no responsibility for theft or damage to your vehicle on our premises. Smoking is not permitted in any cabins at Hutton Brickyards. For the safety of yourself and those of others, candles or other sources of open flame are not permitted in the cabins. Any guest violating the non-smoking or open-flame policy in a cabin will face a cleaning fee.Pets are always welcome in the cabins at Hutton Brickyards. We require a $75 non refundable pet fee per pet. A portion of this fee will be donated to our local no-kill pet shelter. We love all kinds of animals, but only domestic pets, like cats and dogs, are allowed to stay at Hutton Brickyards. No more than two (2) domestic pets are allowed
